Hurrah! After some 6 months of negotiation the agreement between one local authority and our university has been signed off. This particular collaboration agreement was required by this particular authority in addition to all the usual ethics and governance procedures. Great work done by Judy Wiltshire (can name her as a member of OU staff) the legal advisor and who patiently worked me though the necessary clauses to be included…Such careful and informed advice is not only really helpful in an obvious sense but makes you feel strongly supported.
